Meditation is a serious long-term healing practice, as well as providing a way to focus your mind and intentions on a daily basis. It can open channels & meridians, realign chakra energies and calm the nervous system so it can heal. .
I have developed a beginning Meditation Class that will help you stabilize your body and breath. You will also learn some mind control techniques and begin to develop an awareness of your inner vision.
I provide individual and group guidance during our meditation sessions. This includes commentary on the process and instruction on staying clear and well grounded. I will also give direct feedback on your individual progress as well.
My beginning Meditation Class will help you to get to know yourself better. You also get to share your experience with a community of “like-minded” individuals like yourself. Our Group meditation fosters a deep and powerful connectivity where the strength and awareness are more easily felt. As a beginner, you will learn a foundation practice that they can take you into any setting or spiritual discipline. More advanced meditators are always welcomed.
I have been a practitioner of Taoist and Tibetan meditation for the past 30 years, and currently am a practitioner of Tibetan tuommo meditations and have just returned from a pilgrimage to India.
